The PB14 is a recently designed, Batch Loaded incinerator, operating at an Australian Mine site and Quarantine Port facility. 

The Australian EPA approved PB14 unit is designed with a large primary burning chamber where bulk waste can be either  fed through the large front door or through the hydraulically opening top door. Through the top door, waste can be conveniently fed, either by Front End Loader or by other automated methods. Bulky waste is easily handled and little time needs to be spent loading the large primary chamber and setting the burn cycle into motion. A large volume of waste can be effectively destroyed over an extended period of time minimising labour costs.

Alternatively, the units loading system can be re-arranged to suit the customer’s requirement as to whether a semi-continuous feed and/or auto de-ashing is the best method for waste handling. The same fundamentals of sound incineration design, the 3 T’s of Time, Temperature and Turbulence has been proved in operational performance, practicality and serviceability in the design of the PB14. Larger and smaller waste volume units of the same design are also available.
